Who operates the service
AdLibrary, Pte. Ltd operates AdLibrary.online from Singapore. Contact contact@adlibrary.online for privacy enquiries, requests, or complaints. Updated 13 October 2026.
Information we use
We process your account name, email address, password authentication data, sessions, search queries, saved competitor sets, scheduling preferences and time zones, search usage, and execution history. We also collect advertising records and observation history from public advertising libraries.
Purposes
We use this information to provide accounts and search results, send verification and password-reset emails, enforce subscription limits, run your scheduled competitor searches, maintain security, and answer support requests. Providing account and search information is necessary to deliver those functions.
Providers and disclosures
Cloudflare hosts the service and stores application data. Resend sends account emails. SearchAPI receives search parameters to retrieve ads. Stripe processes payments when paid subscriptions are available; we store billing identifiers and subscription status rather than payment-card details. Providers may process information outside Singapore. External creative media is loaded from source hosts, which can receive your IP address and browser request information.
Public and private information
Collected advertising creative and advertiser metadata can appear in the public Vault. Your account details, competitor sets, and execution history are not part of the public Vault. Public advertising records may contain personal information supplied by their original publishers.
Cookies and optional services
We use essential authentication cookies and browser preferences to keep you signed in and remember settings. Optional analytics, error reporting, or identity providers are used only when configured. Contact us for details of integrations active for your account.
Retention and deletion
Execution history is retained for up to 90 days. Weekly usage records are removed after 90 days. Account information and competitor sets remain while your account is active; you can delete your account in account settings. Shared public advertising records and observation history may remain independently of your account for the research service. Contact us if a public record includes personal information you want reviewed.
Your choices and requests
You can edit or pause competitor tracking and delete your account. Email contact@adlibrary.online to request access or correction, withdraw consent, ask about retention or overseas processing, or raise a complaint. We may verify your identity and explain any applicable exception or effect on the service. Other rights may apply under laws relevant to you.
Changes
We update this notice when the service or our practices change. The update date appears above. We will communicate material changes through the service or account email where appropriate.
